From Nervous to Knockout | Orlando Boudoir Photography
This was The Lovely C’s SECOND session with us!
She decided to book this session because she believes that there’s something super beautiful about boudoir - “It’s so sexy and empowering. Women are beautiful and I wanted to feel that way about me.” She came in nervous, but ultimately trusted our team at Lovely in Lace to make me feel comfortable and confident.
During her session, the energy was pure joy. She said that she doesn’t usually enjoy being the center of attention and often feels unphotogenic, but that quickly shifted.
How did you feel coming into the studio?
This was my second time. I had gained some weight. I was a little nervous but I also fully trusted the Lovely in Lace team to make me feel comfortable and confident.
How did you feel during your session (specifically once you saw your photos on the back of camera)?
It was so much fun! We were laughing and having a great time. I don’t usually like being the center of attention, and I feel like I’m usually unphotogenic. But having you guys hype me up the whole time made it such a great and positive experience. The previews I got on the back of the camera made me feel like such a bombshell!
How do you feel now after seeing your final images?
I’m so glad that I did the session. It made me feel a lot better about the current state of my body.
What do you think of your photos now that you have them in hand?
I got digital images and I honestly look at them like once a day :)
That rush of confidence didn’t fade after she left the studio. The Lovely C. told us she rode the endorphin high for days & it was intoxicating, empowering, and exactly what she didn’t know she needed.
We asked her what she would say to other women who might be on the fence about booking a session: “Do it! Lovely in Lace is such a safe space and they listen to what you want . It’s such a positive experience.”
