What made you book a boudoir session?
I found lovely in lace while planning my wedding. I decided to inquire even though I wasn’t sure if this would be for me. My now husband sees me in a way that I do not see myself. I booked my session so that I could see myself as he sees me and get in touch with that other side of myself. The photos from my session are also going to be my first wedding anniversary gift to him which we are celebrating this weekend, 8/8/21!
How did you feel coming into the studio?
After the phone conversation with Sivan I felt a lot more comfortable. By the time my shoot came I wasn’t nervous, I wanted to go in with an open mind and no expectations as to take full advantage of the whole experience.
How did you feel during your session (specifically once you saw your photos on the back of camera)?
I loved seeing the photos as we were going it only confirmed why I was there and it gave me a confidence boost, being able to see that I could do this!
How did you feel after your session?
I was 10000% feeling myself! I felt so uplifted and beautiful, Sivan not only takes your pictures but she is your biggest fan!
How do you feel now after seeing your final images?
I can not stop looking at them! I still can not believe that’s me in all those photos and I can not wait to give them as a gift to my husband!
If you already have your product(s), what do you think of them?
The quality is amazing for all the products, the book is impeccable Sivan’s eye for placement and design is what makes the book.
Anything you'd like to say to other women who are hesitating to do this for XYZ reason?
Just do it! You will have no regrets, I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a boudoir shoot to book a session. Other than your outfits there is nothing you need to bring to the table, no skills, no posing, no “look”. It’s a not everyday you get to do something to treat yourself in a way that gives lasting confidence.
If you're worried about confidence, remember that most women who walk into their session are dealing with the same thing. They've just finally decided that this is the day they're going to love themselves and accept that they are beautiful inside and out! They're walking in unsure, and walking out with absolutely no regrets!
